Supply chain:

Quaker manages the organization's supply chain as it relates to chemicals, waste and related services. This includes chemical product inventory, order and receipt of material, payments to the various product and service suppliers, and supplier management.

Quaker CMS delivers value by:

  • Owning the supply chain including consigned inventory, order, receipt and payment of suppliers
  • Issuing a single summary invoice to the customer, for all products consumed for the period, from numerous suppliers (one-point of payment)
  • Providing key information, training and reporting as it relates to chemicals, including acquiring and maintaining suppliers′ Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • Based on actual chemical consumption at its use point, reporting of chemical spend and usage volumes against established operating budgets

Chemical systems:

Quaker takes responsibility of the organization's chemical systems. This includes: establishing and managing chemical systems' control plans, analysis of chemical system samples, and recommendations with sump side or tank side additions to meet systems' operating control plan parameters.
